• I could just see people being deceived by those who are deceived and deceiving!
  • I saw the conceit and false confidence and pride of religion - results of a false gospel being preached!
  • I saw absolutely no scriptural assurance being taught anywhere!
  • I was witnessing 'first hand' good words and fair speeches!
  • I saw no one turning away from those pastors who preach good words and fair speeches but not the TRUTH as taught by the RISEN CHRIST!
  • I see people being taught tribulation doctrine.  Well, many pastors also teach that the 'church' will have to go through the tribulation.  They sure have a great head-start on their material!
  • The pressure and guilt of preaching this false gospel in this obey or else teaching sure does shut down the listeners - in fact, it runs off the young people!
  • I love my family - I love my friends (even though they are nowhere close for fellowship) -- and I am aware that if I were to 'go to church' in this small town, it would make me look better to my students...
  • But I continue to choose to obey the scriptures when it says to 'avoid' - 'from such turn away' - 'not strive' - 'neither give heed', purge, reject, mark, cast off, be not partakers' of all that is involved with today's church because it is not about Paul nor is it about the risen Christ nor does it have the inspired and preserved words of God ever spoken..
  • In fact, based on Acts 19:23-28, (go ahead, look it up - but make sure it is a KJB) I despise all that is taking place within the local churches today.  And because I so despise that stuff and would like to try to destroy the magnificence of it all, I tend to reap the same thing Paul did - vs 28 - And when they hear these sayings, they were full of wrath...
  • I understand!  But I still am not interested in going to church, especially to see if can 'help my friends see the truth - boy, how many times have I heard that?  Folks, that seldom happens - actually, you will end up striving and will be accused of 'touching the anointed' and of being one who 'soweth discord among the brethren.
  • Besides, 'the church' today is the body of Christ - not a local assembly.  Not that there is anything wrong with having a place to meet, etc. but the whole design of the local church today is wrong.  It is built on Acts 2:41-47 and uses music in a worship setting, the sermons are short and wrong, the pastors are nothing but popes in the lives of their people.
  • They aren't Paul - they aren't KJB Only - they aren't about the risen Christ.
  • they are not only teaching tribulation and Jewish fables, as they are called today, they are simply preparing the devils army to fight against the Lord when HE does come in Revelation 19.  But for now, the pastors are just prepping their people for the coming of the antichrist, Revelation 6.
  • I have found that many people are so addicted to going to church, they can't live without it.  The pastors teach to the men, the pastors wife teaches the women, the youth pastor does the teens and the ladies teach about talking vegetables and bugs to the kids... and all enjoy singing the new Christian rock stuff in the church worship time. 
    • It is an addiction that is hard to break!

  • By my not attending any local churches anymore, the cost has been high.  But I still can hear from God! I have learned that I am 'approved of God' - I am 'not ashamed,' I know about the goodness of God, the risen Christ.  I have put my faith and trust in and on the risen Saviour and I believe and follow Paul as my only apostle.  I have my KJB - I understand it - I read it - I study it - I preach and teach it.  I have two websites about it.  I guess you would say I am addicted to my Bible!  I Corinthains 16:15 I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,) 
  • I think it is great that we can follow the living God with the correct understanding from our KJB with text only!
  • We do not need a note / study bible; we need no corrections or 'things said better' by any pastor, author or educated scholar or seminary graduate who knows Greek and Hebrew; we don't need the originals (that's good because they don't exist); we don't need dictionaries, lexicons, other books, CD's or expensive redesigned programs nor do we need to 'worship' God with all this music - good or bad - that is found in the local church today.​
I just need my text-only King James 1611 Bible!
(I know, there are those out there who say I worship my bible - they are lefty liberal religious nut-cases - I pay them no heed!)
