Are We Seeking "SIGNS" or "WISDOM" Today?
I Corinthians 1:22 - For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
Are we finding ourselves keeping track of just how bad things are getting, hoping for the rapture asap?
We are now more than ever seeing so-called pandemic protection through a series of vaccinations, massive inflation, losses of most freedom and freedoms, rising taxes, inflation beyond normal, rumors of war, losing our nation's borders, cashless society drawing closer and closer, the destruction and loss of the American 'dream,' hatred towards our Constitutional design, personal hatred as bad as pre-Civil War days, 'wokeism' nonsense becoming the demanded 'new norm,' gender bending with people thinking there are 57 genders, an obvious political destruction of America's system, rampant crime with no retribution.
We are witnessing a growing calling evil good and good evil; putting darkness for light; people are wise-in their own eyes and are prudent in their own sight; more and more people are mighty to drink wine, men of strength mingling strong drink; they justify the wicked for reward and are taking away the righteousness of the righteous; pastors have changed the truth of God into a lie and people have come to worship and serve the creature more than the Creator. The negative list can go on but this is enough to make my point. It all is becoming quite obvious as to what is going on and where this is all headed. Unfortunately, most people are blind and willingly ignorant to the coming conclusion.
In fact, we can even read about all the wonderful things God is supposedly doing to the righteous and happy and blessed church-going tithe payers. Is that all true or is it just pastoral manipulation as they use their good words and fair speeches to deceive the hearts of the simple? Are people attending tons of prayer meetings but not seeing any of those healing and miraculous results? Do people still sing the gospel songs of the past, not knowing or even caring that much of the doctrine within those songs is not sound doctrine? Do people still go to their favorite (for this week, anyway) church services even if the music isn't to their liking? Do they still tithe because your pastor preaches to tithe? Do people still read those books on the rapture, the tribulation instead of the Word of God - commonly called the Bible? Are people convinced that all their church-going, their reading of all those books and being a do-gooder is what makes them so spiritually correct and sound in their beliefs? Do people believe themselves to be true because they are convinced that they "just know the truth" simply because God has told them in their heart, even claiming John 14 as their proof scripture? And then finally, do people and even you simply keep looking for more and more visible proof that the rapture must be drawing near?
Hold on, folks, do we not realize that scripture tells us we are NOT to be looking for miracles, signs and wonders, etc. to know when the 'rapture' is close to coming. Do we not remember that it is the JEWS that need signs and wonders and that we, as Gentiles (Greeks), are to be seeking wisdom, not signs, during these challenging and most difficult times. (I Corinthians 1:22)
Yes, of course it makes sense that people would be seeking signs today because all the preachers today are preaching from Matthew to Acts 1-8, including Hebrews to Jude. They are still preaching to watch for miracles, signs and wonders. As a result of that false teaching (of the Great Commission from Mark 16:16-20,) today's modern 'Christians' are watching all these things happening to the world and now in America and as things continue to worsen, they think the rapture certainly must be very close. NO!
In fact, many of them believe they will even have to go through the tribulation - naturally, because they are reading Jewish doctrine and the Jews WILL be going through the tribulation, so the obvious result would be they think they will be, too. All that nonsense and lack of true hope is resulting from teaching false doctrine from the apostles and NOT from looking to the risen Saviour's teachings through the apostle Paul.
"Come on, man!" Many of us have already been watching the 'falling away' for many years - and during those times, we always thought the 'rapture' was near. I got started in 1973, from reading the 'book' "Late Great Planet Earth." Well, if you notice, the rapture has not come yet... we are still here! And honestly, is it no wonder our kids aren't interested today - they thought we were nuts back in those days. Look how bad it has gotten and yes, we are still hear.
In fact, our 'kids' (and in fact, much of Christianity) have either come to believe that there is either no God to 'bless them' and 'guide them' and follow humanism or whatever feels best for them or else they have fallen for the 'Christian' religion that teaches Jewish fables in their synagogues of Satan playing the modern Christian church / music, etc. game. Either way, they are still caught up in the snare of the devil and truly have no idea what is going on during these latter times! (Titus 1:14; II Timothy 2:25; Revelation 3:9).

Remember: Instead of acting like Jews, seeking 'signs and wonders' in the daily news
we, as Gentiles, are to be seeking 'wisdom' in a rightly divided KJB!
we, as Gentiles, are to be seeking 'wisdom' in a rightly divided KJB!
So then, you ask, "When will the rapture rapt?" If you seek God's wisdom from Paul in a KJB and you will see that it will happen only when the Gentiles are NOT continuing in the goodness of God! Romans 11:22
I will keep saying: "Paul is the only apostle that teaches the goodness of God and the KJB is the only bible that teaches the goodness of God!" So, when Gentiles are all no longer continuing with Paul as the only apostle and the King James Bible is the only 'Bible,' then we can figure the rapture is about to rapt.
It was the Jews that had to deal with the severity of God, NOT the Gentiles. And now in this dispensation of the grace of God, it is the goodness of God that is directed to the Gentiles, through Paul. Ephesians 3 and Romans 2:4!
"How bad do you think the falling away has to fall before it is over for us?", you ask? Ya know what? It doesn't matter because THAT is not our guide. Hello!! And besides, I do fear we have a longer fall to make, anyway; we tend to be a bit spoiled, don'tcha know. Remember how things were even back to our childhood - could we even 'survive' the lifestyle from those days if they came back today?
The question is, "When will God consider the Gentiles no longer continuing with Paul and the King James Bible," and I think that question is closer to being answered than the 'falling away' stuff everyone seems to be most concerned. Honestly, I think even if we have much further to fall than we may be prepared to deal with, how many more people will keep 'killing' the KJB and joining the conspiracy against Paul? Acts 23:12-15.
Keep Amos 8:11-13 in mind when it comes to the KJB and keep Acts 23:12-15 in mind concerning Paul. Oh, you don't know what those verses say? Look them up - IN a King James 1611 Bible, of course!
In the meantime, as difficult as it may get as this increase in falling away keeps falling away further and faster than we ever imagined, we should do our best to endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ - the RISEN Jesus Christ! The only way to seek and maintain a joy and peace while we continue to seek God's WISDOM during this falling away is to look to the teachings of the RISEN Christ through Paul - as found only in a King James 1611 Bible.
When God says it is time, THEN and only then will He take up the Holy Spirit AND us (because we are sealed with Him) II Thessalonians 2:6-8; Ephesians 4:30.
When it does happen, will we, like Paul, be able to say, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. II Timothy 4:7,8

UNTIL THEN...
- "And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost: So that ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia. For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing. For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come." I Thessalonians 1:6-10.
- But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make1 full proof of thy ministry. II Timothy 4:5
- So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure: II Thessalonians 1:4
- Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. II Timothy 2:3
Always keep in mind that it won't be easy!
And when we stumble, as I am sure we will, remember Paul's words in Romans 7:19-25
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind,
and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
And when we stumble, as I am sure we will, remember Paul's words in Romans 7:19-25
