These are things I have been keeping notes of that are simply and emphatically WRONG that I continue to hear from deep within Baptist country - from pastors, 'all' the baptistic radio stations and in daily conversations. The people that say these things are wrong! I want to so badly interrupt and simply say NO! YOUR ARE WRONG!
You can't even reason with them because their only 'final authority' in their lives is their own opinion or is based on their pastor's 'good words and fair speeches.' They can not speak with any scriptural authority because they have NO SCRIPTURAL KNOWLEDGE! So, without a common source for a basic truth, a decent conversation about the subject at hand is not possible!

It all can proven that they are wrong by the inspired and preserved scriptures, and that is something...
...THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO CLUE
AS TO DOCTRINAL TRUTHS BASED ON ANY RIGHTLY DIVIDED WORD OF TRUTH SCRIPTURE!

1. Nowhere does Paul call the risen Saviour the 'glorious' Saviour! Do a study and find out what things are called glorious... it is an interesting study. You will see that it is not a word directly associated with the risen Saviour's title.
2. I will say it again and again... the correct spelling of the risen Saviour is S A V I O U R, not savior.
3. The Baptist Jesus is 'another Jesus' as Paul speaks in Galatians 1. And the pastors are preaching another gospel - they have peverted the gospel of Christ. And as a result, they are accursed! That is a serious charge, don'tcha know!
4. Worship today is dastardly wrong and completely unscriptural. Read about how Paul 'exposes' false worship in his day - and the same could and should be said to all the people participating in 'worship' services today. Acts 17:22-28.
The only one receiving worship in today's churches is Satan himself. Remember, his goal is to be like the most High and is doing great as he receives his worship in the local church today.
5. In the times of the gospels, Jesus did speak to the heart through the Holy Spirit, etc. as described in John 14:21-26. However, it was all based on keeping His commandments.
Today, God speaks to us directly through the King James Bible, rightly divided. There is no 'heart' or 'feeling' involved and because it is all durign the dispensation of the grace of God, our underestanding is NOT based on our obedience or keeping of the commandments.
It is simple and leaves no room for scholarship, private interpretation, confusion, contradiction or pastoral superiority. I Corinthians 13:8-13. What we see going on here is just another deception to get church goers the thinking that God speaks to them through their pastor who then teaches his flock through guilt and word manipulation as well as demanded control by the pastor - called, 'pastoral authority' - something Baptists are famous for.
6. I see that the 'baptists' (as well as all other congregations and denominations) are continuing with the Great Commission - which is all based on Mark 16:15-20 and is described by following signs, wonders and miracles. They apparently are not aware that it was the Jew that needed signs, etc. and the Gentiles were in a completely different setup. Satan, according to II Thessalonians and Revelation 13 is the one today who is seducing and deceiving people in the churches with signs and wonders.
If the Baptists want to claim signs and wonders, why do they NOT INCLUDE casting out devils, speaking with new tongues, taking up serpents, drinking poison and healing people. Those are also included within the use of signs!
If you want a commission to follow, look to Paul in Acts 13:47 - For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. I call that Paul's 'Greater Commission,' not Peter's 'Great Commission.' Remember, Peter was the apostle to the Jews during the 'great commission' and Paul was is the apostle to the Gentiles today with his 'greater commission!' Galatians 2:7,8 - But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)

7. Pastors continue to use Greek in their sermons - just to show their scholarliness! What in the world is the reason for using Greek? Do they even know who came up with the Greek lexicons that they turn to for their 'wisdom' and smarts? I do - do you?
8. We can not be in the last days. Latter times? sure... but NOT last days. If we were, we would be using the number 666 to buy and sell everything and we would be seeing disasters never before seen in this world. I have no problem in saying we are getting closer each day - just watch the news, but we can NOT be IN the tribulation yet.
We certainly are NOT in the Laodicean church age. If so, we would be in the hour of temptation and God promised to keep us OUT of that time. See Revelation 3:10. The Laodicean church IS the time of the Tribulation!
However, I believe it can be said that pastors are doing a wonderful job of preaching as if we were in the tribulation. They are preaching exactly what people will need to hear during the Tribulation; but for today, you are completely wrong to preach tribulational doctrine during this dispensation of the grace of God.
As was stated in a recent sermon I had to listen to, there WILL BE a 'life change' required... but it won't be required until the Tribulation. That life change is NOT required today. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:1,2
You are ignoring / rejecting the goodness of God while you continue to try to strike fear into people's heads as you constantly preach about the severity of God! Remember, the gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are still Old Testament doctrine, as is Hebrews through Jude. See Hebrews 9:16,17 - For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be5 the death of the testator. For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
9. Revelation 'candlesticks' is changed to 'lampstands'? Are you serious? That is funny! and nutty!
