Martin Luther Quotes About Pope
I think it is somewhat ironic that President Trump would give a quote to the pope that was said by Martin Luther 'King.' I would think the first two names - Martin Luther - would certainly perk a little remembrance into the pope of some of his church's history.
For those that don't know, here are some quotes from Martin Luther - the guy that broke away from the Catholic church and created the Reformation. Too bad the Lutherans today seem to have forgotten these quotes, too. So few people today even know of the Reformation. Unfortunately, Martin Luther didn't go far enough away from the Catholic doctrine... he hung on to some of it, thus the teachings of the Lutheran Church are nothing but 'relaxed' Catholicism. But anyway, here are some things Martin Luther said about the pope.

Therefore God must speak to your heart: This is God's Word; otherwise you are undecided.
